Steve as a land lord is a very considerate and understand guy which has helped me personally with being able to balance problems with the student finances and payment dates. Even though Steve is very flexible with the payment dates one thing I have noticed he is rigid on is ensuring the property is well kept for the tenants, what I mean by this is any time something has gone wrong which happens as people are students, but as showers have broke, light bulbs have blown out or the outer windows are due for cleaning Steve always fixes the problem asap which is something to be highly sort out as a student tenant. There have been no problems with Steve as a Landlord! communication is smooth and effective always with an added bit of humour! 🙂 if I was to redo my degree Student Homes Plymouth would be the company I would use for making sure I was in trusted hands whilst having the stresses of my degree to handle."
